In order to provide you with the best deals possible, Fans for Life sells a number of products from various vendors. Because of this and due to the personal nature of many of our products, we have a strict refund and replacement policy.
Replacements and Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 calendar days of your order being received. Your email must include your name, order number, email address, reason for your return, and description of defective item with a picture showing the defect if applicable.
Sending all of this information will insure your that issue is handled quickly. If you email outside of that 5 calendar days, we will only be able to issue a replacement or partial refund.
Once a member of our team has assessed your issue, we will contact you with the status of your replacement or refund. Please allow for up to 2 days to hear a response from us.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For safety and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for products of a personal nature or those that are intimate or sanitary goods.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To get a replacement for a damaged item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: #100-6151 Willingdon Ave. Burnaby British Columbia CA V5H2T9.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). In the case you no longer have that payment method, we are only able to issue store credit. Any refund offered will not include the original shipping cost.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy. Please note that a refund can take up to 10 business days to appear in your statement but could take as long as two billing cycles. We appreciate your patience!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Received the Wrong Product
If you received the wrong product, please email email@example.com. Include your name, order number, email address, a written explanation of the issue, and a picture of the item you received.
Late Arrival of Order
We are unable to refund for items not being delivered by a specific date, special occasion, or holiday.
Once an order has shipped we will no longer be able to edit or cancel the order.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless a return is approved by our customer service department, refunds will not be given for items returned to this address. There are no exceptions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackeable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
